Have you heard this awesome track from F1NG3RS? It's about a A civil defense siren. At least that's what the text says on his Bandcamp page. I just talked to Jeremy the maker and told me exactly what this is all about. I pair synthwave/retrowave with video game textures and try to make it a bit more contemporary. I've been working towards my 4th studio album and wanted to put out a new single that would represent the sound and themes I'd be going with. A lot of my work has been themed around video games that deal with nuclear war or the threat of it. Metal Gear especially. The synths in this track had a sort of rising and falling sound that reminded me of an air raid siren. Enjoy the track here.
